Very stable, long-standing, state-of-the-art manufacturer in East TN is hiring a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST to work in its accounting/finance team.
Excellent exposure to all facets of the business and personnel at the plant.
If you are not only a numbers person but also a people person who enjoys interacting with others to collect data & discuss the plant operations, this is a perfect role for you!
The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with both the Senior Managers and Business Unit Managers to control costs and improve operational performance. This person will:
- Take the lead on developing and reporting KPI’s both weekly and monthly.
- Drive common financial reporting across all Business Units and help champion continuous improvement.
- Report to the Division Controller and work closely with the Senior Leadership team, Business Development, Program Management, Sales, Engineering and other support groups.
