Growing public accounting firm seeks Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and skilled finance professional with 3-5 years’ experience. Offering hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 remote. Responsibilities

• Work with Accountants and CPAs to generate accurate client financial statements
• Perform bank and credit card account reconciliations
• Assist accounting staff with basic tax returns during tax season
• Analytical review of monthly financials to ensure accuracy
• Perform monthly accounting and bookkeeping for client base

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of bank and credit card account reconciliations
• Skilled in all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks online required
• Strong knowledge of MS Suite of Programs
