Full Charge Bookkeeper $60K – $80K DOE

HYBRID SCHEDULE! 3days ofc/2 remote
Growing public accounting firm seeks Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and skilled finance professional with 3-5 years’ experience. Offering hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 remote. Responsibilities
- Work with Accountants and CPAs to generate accurate client financial statements
- Perform bank and credit card account reconciliations
- Assist accounting staff with basic tax returns during tax season
- Analytical review of monthly financials to ensure accuracy
- Perform monthly accounting and bookkeeping for client base
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of bank and credit card account reconciliations
- Skilled in all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with QuickBooks online required
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite of Programs
