RemX is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join the dynamic HR team of a fortune 500 company. This position is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, etc. for entry level to senior level positions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization
  • Uncover recruiting challenges and resolve by strategizing with the HR Team/hiring manage

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • 2 years P&C insurance industry experience required
  • Workday Recruiter module experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
