RemX – Accounting & Finance Staffing Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Spartanburg, SC Full Time


Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE needed for a busy manufacturing company.

Type: Contract to Hire, M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (100% in office)

PAY: Up to $20 per hour DOE

YOUR DUTIES FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNT REP WILL INCLUDE:

  • Process sales and service orders received over the phone.
  • Will respond to vendor invoicing issues.
  • Will calculate basic calculations for products i.e.: what is the cost per pound of product.
  • Resolve customer complaints and address concerns.
  • Other duties assigned by the customer service manager.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNT REP:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required- (manufacturing setting is strongly preferred)
  • Experience in a business-to-business customer service environment is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service skills
  • Basic MS Office
