Responsibilities:

• Key contact person for a high volume of calls for accounts and service
• Communication of products, installation, warranty issues, and resolving issues
• Receives and processes incoming sales and service orders
• Data Entry of orders in the system
• Ensures all purchase orders are received, are accurate and linked in system
• Collects payments for COD and Hold customers
• Resolves billing issues

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Basic Excel
• Strong and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time-management skills
