RemX – Accounting & Finance Staffing Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Fuquay-Varina, NC Full Time

RemX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Fuquay-Varina, NC!

The work schedule is 8am- 5pm Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules, influences production and shipping schedules and recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship.
• Ensures effective delivery of service in the support of internal and external customers through regular interaction with customers
• Provide information about the products and services
• Records and s the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules and maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing, and return credit problems.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
