Removery Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager – West Job at Austin, TX Full Time

We are looking for a driven and successful Talent Acquisition Manager to source, identify and fill all positions for the western region of the company while designing and elevating your regions hiring strategy. This position works as a business partner to company leadership on hiring needs, creates multiple sourcing strategies to meet the growth and turnover needs of the organization, and collaborates with the Director of People & Culture on employer branding. This role will require an individual who has a friendly, approachable, and professional presence, is results and efficiency oriented, great at balancing multiple priorities, optimistic with a relationship building mindset, a superb communicator across a vast stakeholder group, and brings an entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full life-cycle recruiting – source, screen and prep candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure hiring managers are trained in effective interviewing techniques and competencies for success in the role.
• Recommend compensation based on internal equity and external market factors.
• Prepare and present offers to candidates.
• Create multiple sourcing strategies for operations and support center roles to create consistent pipeline of talent for growth.
• Develop, maintain, and grow internal and external employer brand.
• Build scalable processes for all recruiting related workflows and onboarding.
• Work with HR Director and senior leadership team to drive a culture that embodies the company’s values
• Successfully manage multiple priorities under tight time frames

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, hiring healthcare roles preferred
• 2+ years driving Talent Acquisition strategy preferred
• Must thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects and priorities in and hands-on manner while being resourceful and innovative at tackling challenges in a timely manner.
• Excellent business judgment and demonstrated proficiency in organizational, analytical, conceptual, and problem solving and executive presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to sift through complicated business issues and communicate only the important aspects in a clear and concise manner.
• Superior service responsiveness and rapid follow-up ability.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, flexible and high growth environment.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
