Proven success as a Lumber Trader, broker, or commodity sales professional

Existing book of business or strong customer/supplier relationships

Ability to source, price, and close deals independently

Knowledge of softwoods, hardwoods, panels, trusses, or related building materials

Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
