The Director of Software Engineering will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high performance healthcare applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about building modern cloud-based solutions that make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred : Master’s Degree

Preferred : Healthcare technology experience and knowledge of providers and payers.

Pay Range : $172,364.00 – $258,547.00
Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
