Remington Mulch Hiring for Office Administrator Full Time

We are currently seeking a highly energetic, detail oriented, and focused individual to help facilitate our sales operations in Northern Virginia. This will involve basic administrative tasks assisting the site managers with tasks involving the business of selling and transporting mulches, soils, composts, and firewood. Your main focus will be as a clerk attending the customers in lines. This is a full time position located at various sales yards that we are looking to fill within a couple of weeks. Starting pay is $15 per hour, specific amount depends on experience and capabilities. This position would need to be flexible with driving to different offices on any given day in Fairfax, Springfield, Dulles, Gainesville, Manassas, and Marshall.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– providing quality customer service to homeowner, landscape, and garden center customers
– creating delivery tickets and invoicing customers
– learning our point of sale system and inputting data accurately
– help manage day-to-day activities of our offices and maintain a clean work space
– filing paperwork in a timely manner and creating Word and Excel documents to stats on our sales and trucking operations

Our store hours are listed below however your schedule will be unique each week. This position can be anywhere from 30-60 hours depending on your schedule / flexibility
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
