Remedi SeniorCare Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Troy, OH Full Time

The Talent Acquisition specialist supports Remedi pharmacy sites with the sourcing or recruiting of talent across the organization.

This is a 100% Remote Opportunity however candidate must be located within the Miami Valley in Ohio.

Some travel to support Hiring Events will be required

Responsibilities:

• Work with pharmacy site HR Business Partners (HRBP) and hiring managers in the coordination of talent acquisition of both external and internal pharmacy operations staff.
• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy that includes; job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
• Provide candidates with details about corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
• Coordinates employment events such as career fairs, job fairs, etc.
• Tracks and reports on job requisitions and fill time statistics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, health care, Business or related discipline preferred but NOT REQUIRED
• At least one (3)+ years of experience with agency or in-house recruiting.
• iCIMS and ADP Workforce Now experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of web-based talent search engines and search/data mining capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing, identifying, interviewing, negotiating and hiring talent.
• Strong behavior-based interviewing skills.
• Experience training managers/supervisor on interviewing skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have the ability to motivate and lead, strong problem solving abilities, presentation skills and a strong customer service focus.
