Remedi SeniorCare Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Remote at Towson, MD Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages activities involved in the candidate lifecycle and provides ongoing communication with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist talent acquisition team with sourcing appropriate talent for current openings within the organization.
• Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and assessments between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Coordinate and execute pre-employment checks, such as background screenings and reference checks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
• Document all activity in the enterprise ATS and HRIS.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others. Refers to recruiters and other staff as appropriate.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining departmental records

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a talent acquisition or HR environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Travel requirement less than 5%
