Job Description:

• Work closely with the Hiring Managers across the different sites within this nationwide business and key stakeholders to determine current and future business resource requirements
• Create and develop new hiring processes to promote the best candidate experience and showcase this business as an employer of choice
• Develop attraction and selection strategies including social media content and job boards to meet current and future business requirements, including online and offline sourcing methodologies to provide a cross functional and diverse pipeline for both individual and national campaigns
• Work with Hiring Managers to ensure sufficient candidate pipeline against business demand along with delivering exceptional candidate experience at each stage of a candidate’s journey
• Continually monitor and review open and anticipated vacancies and candidates in the talent pipeline to ensure attraction and selection plans are adapted in order to ensure business requirements are met, coordinating Recruiters as appropriate
• Drive best recruitment practice within the business, supporting operational leadership with advice and guidance, training and development, interview frameworks, tools and tactics as required

• Develop and manage a suite of recruitment KPI’s and using the data to drive delivery
• Line management responsibilities including 1:1s, development plans and succession planning to ensure the resourcing team is developed and can deliver effectively

• Work with the marketing Team to ensure the employer brand is positioned correctly to the market for hiring purposes
• Manage the agency preferred supplier list to ensure compliance and governance
• In conjunction with regional support, oversee the end to end recruit of care staff and key hires in line with annual requests from the business
• Ensure that the ATS is used effectively to manage the candidate journey ensuring job templates, workflows and reporting is in line with company policy and requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

• At least three years’ experience within a recruitment/resourcing role
• Leadership and management experience of a small Recruitment Team
• Knowledge and experience of talent acquisition processes
• Demonstrable experience of creating innovative resourcing strategies utilising a wide range of attraction methods / tools
• Experience of designing and developing selection processes and materials
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to influence at senior level

• Knowledge of streamlining workflows or making process improvements
• Intermediate to advanced numerical and analytical skills with a natural curiosity to challenge the status quo and develop the recruitment function further
• Driving license and willingness to travel occasionally, however role is centralled based at their Berkshire Head Office
