Recruiter – Healthcare Sector

Location: Central London

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 p.a. – some working flexibility needed (occasional weekends/evenings WFH)

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join their growing business. As a Recruiter you will take the lead in the recruitment of bespoke Care staff with a focus on attraction, sourcing, engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will be confident to engage with potential candidates, build rapport and relationships and have the drive and passion to identify, attract and recruit fantastic carers from the local community and network. This is a varied, challenging but rewarding role where you have the autonomy to define recruitment strategies using a variety of sources with a focus on quality rather than quantity.

To be successful in this role you will be able to deliver a first class candidate experience and have a proven track record of attracting high calibre candidates, experience of recruitment marketing and a knowledge of current sourcing techniques and channels. You will be self motivated, organised and resilient with excellent communication skills. You will also need to demonstrate flexibility to allow you to respond efficiently and effectively to your candidates.

No previous experience of the care sector is required for this role as full training will be provided.

As this is a small business, team work is essential as you will be expected to support in the day to day operations of the business where required.

The Role:

• Manage all aspects of recruitment activity including career fairs and external community networking
• Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns
• Manage the end to end candidate experience
• Proactively source candidates and grow networks
• Research, plan and manage your candidate pipeline
• Manage the referencing and onboarding process for all new hires

Key Skills Required:

• Previous recruitment experience
• Experience in recruitment marketing and social media
• Good understanding of recruitment legislation
• Understanding of candidate screening and selection process
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to respond quickly to enquiries
• Ability to build a strong rapport quickly

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
