RÈLIER GROUP Hiring for Recruitment Consultant at Australia Full Time

The Role

We are now looking for our next Recruitment Consultant to join our blossoming team at RÈLIER GROUP.

We are an entirely remote business – this role will see you work full time from the comforts of your home office, with the occasional travel for team training to both Sydney and the Gold Coast.

In this role, you will manage the 360-degree recruitment process for a selection of Youth and Australian Designer accounts. You will work with key account stakeholders to secure role briefings, source and place candidates in the next dream role in their fashion career.

This role will see you working on a selection of support office roles, however will have a key focus on securing retail placements across Australia.

To achieve success, you will nourish and develop long-term relationships with both candidates and clients to prioritise meaningful placements that add long term value to candidate careers and client trajectories.

The successful candidate will have:

• Ideally you will be based in either Sydney or the Gold Coast
• A strong history in retail roles – either store management or cluster sites
• An interest in (either studying, work experience or a genuine curiosity for) a career in Human Resources
• A strong personal network of retail connections
• Experience working for at least two retail-centric businesses
• Candidates with Talent Acquisition and HR backgrounds will naturally be considered for this role, however we encourage retail candidates who are looking to make the leap into an office based position to apply as well

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the 360-degree recruitment process for accounts & vacancies in your allocated portfolio and fill roles with speed, pace and care
• Source new vacancies from your client portfolio and consistently communicate with the key contacts of your allocated accounts
• Work to deliver sales that exceed the quarterly placement target
• Network directly with clients to understand and craft role briefs and to source candidates in a timely manner
• Communicate newly briefed vacancies with the wider internal RÈLIER team and work to advertise roles across the relevant job boards and channels
• Connect with industry talent through personal networks, Linkedin headhunting, referrals, the Relier Job Board, the Relier database, SEEK and other social media channels
• Prioritise strong ongoing relationships with candidates and maintain communications to prepare a funnel of candidates for current and future vacancies
• Network with candidates in your talent pool to keep their details up to date and build trust, with the intention of working with candidates for future vacancies that arise
• Manage all live vacancy applications by screening resumes, conducting phone screens and Zoom interviews
• Use our CRM meticulously to manage active candidates and ensure candidate information and role statuses are always accurate
• Float CVs with the client for all relevant profiles that you have met with and work with speed to coordinate interviews with the brand directly
• Share candidate feedback with urgency and ensure communication with all stakeholders is honest and kind
• Conduct reference checks for successful candidates
• Conduct check-ins with the client and candidates to ensure client happiness is achieved
• Contribute to the RÈLIER marketing strategy with content creation, Blog Post, Hot Tips & Culture Club contributions that are relevant in the current market
