Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, presenting and explaining the benefits of our CBD products.
• Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their needs and preferences, providing guidance on usage and dosage.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and questions, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
