We are currently looking for a committed and driven Customer Service Professional to join our team.

What will your typical day look like?

You’ll be communicating with our customers, entering orders, solving problems, and ensuring their shipments are out on time. You’ll be working collaboratively with different teams throughout the organization from logistics, accounting and engineering. This is a challenging role that will keep you on your toes and offer you the opportunity to learn and grow in the plastic packaging industry. What you will do:

• Process incoming orders, organize routing/shipping, troubleshoot and follow-up
• Provide superior customer service to assigned accounts
• Analyze ERP (production database software) data to understand inventory and sell through of key accounts
• Ensure key on-line customer item listings are accurate
• Take responsibility for incoming queries (external and internal customers including web-based)
• Ensure accuracy of key on-line customer item listings

What you will need to succeed:

• Strong computer skills, including ERP based data systems and Microsoft 365
• Attention to detail (report writing, data entry, etc.)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills (including paperwork, e-mail, files etc.)
• Previous inside sales and/or customer experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is very important, formal training preferred
• Experience with an EDI system is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
