About the position

Responsibilities:

Follow up with warm leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into satisfied customers.

Manage and organize new leads daily, ensuring prompt entry into our CRM system.

Prioritize response time to provide timely and personalized assistance to potential clients.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and empathize with prospects.

Proficiency in CRM software and experience in data entry.

Exceptional time management skills to respond promptly to incoming leads.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
