Social Media Specialist

Duties:

– Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
– Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, Google my Business, LinkedIn, Snap Chat, Tik Tok, text, images, and videos.
– Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
– Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
– Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms
– Utilize analytics tools to track and on social media performance metrics
– Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and trends to identify new opportunities for brand promotion
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns

Skills:

– Proficiency in photography, video editing, and graphic design software

-Strong knowledge of social media management tools, analytic platforms and scheduling software
– Strong research skills to gather relevant information for content creation
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
– Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: $36,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
