We have partnered with an architecture and interior design firm in the Philadelphia, PA area to provide them with a Project Manager – Healthcare. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Project Manager – Healthcare:

#1. Must have at least 8yrs of Healthcare architectural exp.

#2. Must have at least 5yrs of Managing Healthare project

#3. Must have Client Management and Leadership skills.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.

Responsibilities Of The Project Manager – Healthcare

Innovative and creative thinker who can lead a diverse team and build lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare industry.

• Manages all aspects of multiple small to mid-sized projects
• Responsible for the coordination of all administrative and technical efforts of a project
• Assures the most efficient and cost-effective execution
• Estimates fees and determines scope of services with the PIC
• Prepares work plans with the PIC, communicates plan to project team and manages the team to the plan which includes consultants
• Actively manages client budgets, scope and schedules
• Manages all project financial performance indicators through Deltek including the monitoring and control the project budget and schedule.
• Completes weekly time sheet line items approvals
• Updates/revises work plans monthly
• Prepares for project review meetings (understands spend and effort to complete)
• Supports the timely invoicing of the work
• Manages billings and accounts receivables
• Prepares timely Additional Service Requests with input from Principal
• Delivers projects at or above the expected profit margin
• Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion
• Advocate for design excellence with the client, consultants and the firm by fostering a management plan that is structured around design goals
• Executes quality control assurance in the project plan, and ensures measures for quality control are included within the project fee
• Has technical proficiency and experience in detailing and specification writing
• Demonstrates experience with complex building types in both new construction and renovation projects.

Requirements Of The Project Manager – Healthcare

• BS and/or MS in Architecture, registration preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in architecture with specific concentration in healthcare
• Minimum 5 years managing healthcare projects
• Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others
• Ability to prioritize work by making informed judgments and to develop solutions for complex problems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent client management and leadership skills
• Excellent problem solving skills

Other Key Requirements

• In-office role with possibility of hybrid at a later date.
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
