Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition to support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires for our US Branches.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include screening and searching for top quality candidates. Generating s on recruitment trends, providing and maintaining a database with candidate information. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees. You will need to be confident in order to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders, be highly attentive whilst working under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Key Duties:

• Management of internal recruitment inboxes
• Screening of candidate CVs
• Attending recruitment fairs and events
• Organising candidates’ data (e.g. resumes and contact details) in internal databases
• Performing pre-screening telephone calls and emails
• Setting up interviews between candidates and interviewers
• Ensuring availability of interviewers via Outlook Calendars
• Liaison between US and Irish HR/TA teams to ensure all relevant parties kept up to date
• Following up after interviews, so that all successful candidates are sent offers timeously.
• Using internal software systems to manage the candidate hiring process
• Keeping up to date with current market trends in an ever-evolving world.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least one year’s experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Must have excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• Experience of working with applicant tracking databases
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with senior level internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and verbal communications
• Clerical/office-based work experience
• Experience using professional social networks (Indeed in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills
• High professional standards
• Be self-motivated, organised and have good time management skills
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be results driven, confident, ambitious and career driven
• Be adaptable and innovative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
