Salary: Competitive salary + annual company bonus scheme
Location: Remote working with potential of 2-3 days per month in the head office (RG41)
Advantage Smollan are recruiting an Internal Recruiter who will fill roles such as Sales Executive, Brand Ambassadors & Retail Sales Trainers.
As our Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Understanding internal teams’ resourcing needs, providing excellent service and effectively communicating
- Generating and monitoring advert response
- Sourcing and headhunting passive candidates and building candidate pipelines
- Building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Shortlist candidates, conduct telephone screens, interview coordination
- Build a recruitment presence on social media within a specific target audience
- Updating and maintaining the recruitment database
- Ensure a positive and professional experience to candidates
You will have:
- Office based experience
- Confidence and influential communication skills
- A strong customer service attitude and be a positive team player
- The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and manage time effectively
