Campus Education Specialist (Trainer)

REKOM have an exciting opportunity for a Campus Education Specialist (Trainer) to join our People & Culture team. This is a remote role that will involve travel around the UK.

Rekom operate a number of exciting and entertaining venues across the UK where people can meet, eat, drink and dance. We have the largest square footage of nightclub capacity in the country and create memorable experiences that our customers love to return to, over and over again. Our vision is to be seen as experts within the late night entertainment and bar sector, acting as the anchor for the night time economy in each town be delivering the highest levels of entertainment, standards and facilities.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, a good communicator, well presented, professional, with excellent operational standards and attention to detail, and should lead by example.

You will deliver and develop impactful training session to our future leaders and operations teams across the business.

You will support the Campus, Operations and HUB team, developing yourself along the way of growing and learning new skills in line with our values:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver the VMT (Venue Manager Training)
• Deliver and develop the TVM (Train the venue manager).
• Collaboration/Support the People Culture team.
• Develop and deliver bespoke training courses
• Organise and consult with SME’s (subject matter experts).
• Ability to assess delegates and the impact of training.
• Identify training needs.
• The ability to create training solutions (e-learning/ Workshops/Virtual Classrooms).
• Communicate with the operations teams to identify areas for development.
• Maintain great relationships with the Global Campus Team.
• Ensuring that records are kept up to date and accurate.
• Ability to train others in the basic principles of learning and development (under the guidance of the Head of Campus).

What is expected of you:

• The ability to deliver training sessions both virtually and face to face.
• A good understanding of how to write training for a variety of learners.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent organisation and time and diary management skills.
• The ability to work with minimum supervision.
• To be flexible and adaptable within set parameters.
• Ability to work alone and within a team.
• Experience working operationally in the hospitality sector.
• Flexible to travel and stay away from home.
• Ability to keep clear records.
• Understanding and working knowledge of office applications, teams, word, excel and Power Point.
• Level 3 Award in Education (or similar) is preferred or the willingness to achieve this.

• an annual package of up to £37k per annum, depending on experience.
• you will join the largest late-night operator in Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK;
