Reid Health is seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Richmond Behavioral Health outpatient practice.

Position Details :

Full-time hospital employed position

Team : 1 Physician and 4 APP’s, 4 Therapists, and support staff (RN’s, Nursing Assistants, Case Management, Office Staff)

Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site

Hospital newly built in 2008

Compensation Details :

Base salary and sign-on bonus, also qualifying for the PSLF

Qualifications

Education Required : Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent to and from an accredited school.

Experience Required : One year of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Licensure : Must be licensed to practice in the state of Indiana as an LCSW. LCAC preferred as well.

Certifications : BLS certification may be required. Specialty practice certifications in areas of practice expertise are also encouraged.

Other : Must have the ability to work cooperatively with all staff, physicians, and departments. Must be committed to Patient Satisfaction and Patient Safety.

Ability to be approved by Professional Liability Insurance. Participation in individual or group clinical supervision may be required.
