Reid Brothers Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Vancouver, BC Full Time

Who we are:
We are currently looking to fill a position in our fast-paced dispatch department. We are a mid-sized plumbing and heating company, currently employing 32 individuals. Our mission is to provide our customers with an elite experience from the first call to the final clean up, and so providing the very best customer service must be important to you. We also work very hard to provide the best experience for ourselves and plan several social functions per year, our goal would be to find someone that would consider this an asset.

Job function:
To maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers and keeps customers appraised with company schedule. Maintain on-call schedule for service technicians. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers.

Daily Duties:
Take incoming customer calls and record all details in an accurate manner

Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received

Provide assistance and support to technical staff

Follow up on outstanding jobs with both the technician and customer on a weekly basis. Record notes on all relevant information.

Respond to all messages left overnight

Communicate special part orders to the warehouse

Maintain a schedule of the after hours “on call “ rotation

Make outbound calls to customers to schedule yearly maintenance

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Strong multi-task ability

Exceptional typing and organizational skills are a must

A working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Outlook

Any knowledge of heating and plumbing would be an asset but is not required
