Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and upload coaching call sessions.
• Extract client testimonials from coaching calls for marketing purposes.
• Highlight key topics from coaching sessions for recap and engagement.
• Manage all messages for our experts, redirecting essential information to our team channel.
• Monitor the coaches email inboxes and flag urgent items.
• Prepare sales call links for new clients.
• Collect and manage customer reviews for our website.
• Assist our hiring division with posting job ads.
• Perform data entry tasks, such as shipping logistics for items like t-shirts.
• Manage tasks and follow-ups using ClickUp.
• Compile and analyze s from Google and Facebook Ads.
• Maintain and update payment sheets.
• Retrieve analytics logins and consumption data.
• Review sales calls to extract key data points for celebratory announcements and potential upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate social media postings across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Podcasts).
• Manage course logins for challenges and add to Google Calendar for events.
• Complete weekly wrap-up entries into ClickUp.
• Monitor Rehab CEOs’ texts and Slack for any issues related to course login

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Has a can-do attitude and an inherent desire to learn and grow.
• Has experience with ClickUp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and various social media platforms.
• Has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Enjoys working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
