Senior Data Analyst

You will be working with the Leadership team to provide planning, analysis, and ing on key sales performance metrics. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a broad understanding of business goals and objectives. They should also be focused on continuous improvements and excited about building holistic solutions to serve our clients better.

To thrive as our Senior Data Analyst, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complex details to non-technical users. Experience building automated ing solutions in Excel, SQL and Power BI is an asset. Proven working experience as a business analyst or data analyst is required.

• Compiling data from various sources and systems in order to create effective s to help management optimize business resources
• Assisting in the definition, updating, and tracking of key operational performance indicators
• Communicating cross-functionally with different business lines to ensure departmental goals and objectives are clearly tracked and understood
• Solving complex ing problems, automating results, and potential access controls
• You will mine and analyse data to improve the quality and validity of the current analytics and ing tools
• Assisting in the compilation and delivery of information that Operational leaders will use to run the business

How you add value:

• 3+ years overall experience in business analysis, financial analysis, and/or metrics and ing
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience specializing in Business Administration, Financial Analysis, or Accounting
• Expert Knowledge of SQL
• Thorough experience using database management, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent understanding of process management improvement practices, analytical tools, and practical application for results.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
