What are we looking for?

Registrar Corpis actively seeking a dedicated Instructional Designer to add to our Online Training team. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in the development of our online training courses and future growth of our department. You will learn to use animation and audio tools to create a wide variety of training programs that are interactive and user friendly. Other responsibilities include supporting the development team,

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational, and communication skills.

How you will make an impact at Registrar Corp:

· Collaborates with others in the Online Training Development team

· Works with various development tools including Lectora, Vyond, Articulate, and Microsoft tools

· Creates animated video lessons

· Manages input of audio

· Manages workload by coordinating with Senior Instructional Designer

· Coordinates input of translated content

· Works with others to ensure the quality of the course content

What it takes to be successful in this role:

· Bachelor’s degree ideal or an equivalent in work experience

· Experience with instructional design and instructional design software preferred

· Proficient with technology and able to learn training development tools

· Creative thinker with an eye for visually appealing design

· Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft tools and other applications

· Organizational skills and attention to detail

· Able to manage multiple priorities

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· A team player and someone that builds collaboration and works toward consensus in a team setting.
