Job Summary:JOB SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, provides technical and administrative support in the area of talent strategies, including recruitment, orientation, onboarding, learning and development, mentoring, career advancement, performance management. This position is also responsible for the coordination, administration, and maintenance of temporary work visas and training services for the University workforce. This position processes all resignations/terminations and compiling exit interview data/analysis. Conduct exit interviews as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Some local, regional, and/or national travel is required.
Pay Rate:$20.10 to 23.00 per hour commensurate with qualifications
