Regis College is seeking a full-time assistant professor of applied behavior analysis. This position includes on the ground and online teaching, scholarship, and community service. This is a term track, position. Qualified applicants must have a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing, an earned doctorate in behavior analysis, experience with BACB® approved practicum requirements, experience teaching in-person, online, and/or in hybrid formats, and excellent administrative/organizational abilities. A passion for excellence with gentleness, a commitment to diversity, collaboration and innovation, and positive energy are fundamental to this position. Rank commensurate with previous teaching experience, past scholarly achievement, and service.
Essential Functions
Teach graduate level courses online and in-person in behavior analysis and supervise graduate students’ capstone projects and/or student thesis.
Engage in scholarly activity appropriate to the discipline such as publishing, presenting at national, regional, and local conferences, conducting research and/or grant writing and related activities.
All roles and responsibilities associated with a full-time faculty appointment, including teaching, scholarship, and service to the Department, Programs, School and Institution.
Collaboration across disciplines/within the community
Assist with recruitment of new graduate students.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis or related discipline
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Experience with BACB® approved practicum requirements

Preferred qualifications include experience in classroom teaching
Demonstrated ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods and instructional technology.
Must have at least 1-year graduate level teaching experience
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in noise, odors, etc.
May spend extended periods at terminal, on telephone, or operating other office machines requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.
