About the role

This role will be based at our state office in Sandgate QLD. It will focus on hiring talent for our aged care homes across the Brisbane Metro area.

Duties will include but not limited to.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment within the allocated portfolio of homes.
• Using your creativity to source candidates, including using a variety of platforms such as Campaigns, Seek Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and Regional General Managers across the portfolio.
• Provide coaching and expert advice on the recruitment process and strategy when required.
• Manage candidate engagement and talent pools.
• Provide ongoing clear communication and status updates to hiring managers.

You will have –

• Experience with proactive sourcing and talent attraction; know what channels to utilize and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring process.
• The ability to influence stakeholders to achieve the best hiring outcomes.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of initiative and resourcefulness.
• Strong sense of ownership of the work and comfortable performing admin tasks
• Agility and adaptability whilst we grow and transition our team.
• Help provide market insights to hiring managers as and when required.
• Build and maintain strong working relationship with key stakeholders.
