Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Regional Vice President for a full-time, remote role. The RVP will be responsible for leading market development initiatives, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The role includes mentoring and managing a team, creating business opportunities in target markets, and supporting the long-term vision of the Bhutan Wine Company. The RVP will act as a key representative of the brand in various industry networks while fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and market assessment
• Experience in sales leadership, team management, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement
• Knowledge or experience in the wine industry or premium beverages sector is preferred
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
