Regional Manager/Manager- CSR Fundraising Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR funding strategies tailored to corporates, PSUs, and

foundations to achieve the targets set forth

• Identify and pursue funding opportunities by building a strong pipeline of leads PAN

India

• Drafting grant applications, MoUs, and fundraising proposals

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with corporate donors, ensure regular

updates and impact reports

• Organize donor visits, events, and engagement activities to enhance visibility of the

Trust

• Represent the organization at CSR forums, networking events, and industry platforms

across India to foster networking

Fixed Salary: 50,000 – 1,00,000 monthly (Relevant to experience)

Variable Component: Target-based incentive
