Regent’s University London Hiring for Systems Librarian Job at London, England Full Time

Salary range: from £26,039 to £29,635 per annum (dependent on skills, experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a Systems Librarian to be the first point of contact for queries regarding library systems and to support teaching and learning within the University.
You will ensure that library systems operate smoothly and effectively and will support users with any access issues. You will assist the University Librarian in the development and acquisition of new systems and will troubleshoot and identify issues relating to library systems for both students and University staff.
To be successful, you will have strong experience of library systems and a background of working in a library and providing service delivery. You will have good general IT knowledge (with basic HTML skills) and will be able to identify, manage and solve IT and systems issues efficiently and effectively. In addition, you will have good interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with a wide-range of stakeholders with a focus on high-quality customer service.
Although your hours will be 9am-5pm, you will also be required to semi-regularly work 11am-7pm to cover the rota.
