Regal Care Pty Ltd is a provider of NDIS funded disability services in Melbourne. Our support workers attend clients in their own houses and help them with a variety of tasks.

Currently, we have an entry-level position available for an inspiring personality to join our team with an immediate start. This role has a dual focus on recruitment of support workers and allocating shifts by matching workers and clients.

This is a Monday to Friday position and is 8 am to 5 pm based in our office in Werribee

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of disability services or the home care industry either as a support worker or as a service coordinator. It is required to have excellent telephone manners and an ability to connect with people.

Everyday tasks will include:

• Developing attention catching job advertisements or recruitment campaigns on Indeed, Facebook, Gum tree, Seek and other job advertisement platforms of social media networks
• Shortlist applications and screen candidates based on recruitment requirements and selection criteria
• Schedule, conduct and follow up on candidate interviews
• Complete employee documentation and other compliance requirements
• Support employees with completing the induction programme
• Create employee profiles in the rostering system and support new employees in picking up shifts
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to appropriate team members as required
