RefrigiWear is seeking a detail-oriented and tech savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with the daily operational needs of our growing e-commerce business across all multiple websites and online channels (B2B and Direct-to-Consumer).
In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining multiple e-commerce websites, optimizing their overall performance, and enhancing the customer experience across digital platforms.
Additionally, the Digital Marketing specialist will key performance indicators and related data to find ways to increase revenue and conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, very collaborative with other teams / marketing people and blend a creative eye with an analytical mind to drive the ultimate digital consumer experience.
This is a hybrid position, 3 days in office / 2 days from home.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES :
Technical Maintenance : Update, monitor and troubleshoot website errors and technical issues as they arise. Continuously test websites and integrated apps across browsers, operating systems and devices.
Communicate and work with, if needed, develop partners for theme or core website functionality updates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
g., customer service teams, sales team, finance teams).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (such as Outlook, Word, and PPT).
