To provide outstanding customer service to our internal employees and our customer base via dispatching.
Work on-site Monday through Friday with OT available. 1-2 hours of remote work from home on Sunday during peak times. 1-2 hours of remote work from home on Sunday during peak times.
1. Answer incoming calls.
2. Write up calls and post on board within 15 minutes or sooner.
3. Give outstanding customer service to service techs, parts department, and account managers.
4. Dispatch all calls within 2 hours of receiving calls or notify the service manager.
5. Dispatch calls in order of geographic location and technical ability Using GPS. If a tech is already at the store or down the street. Be careful not to send a tech on a rack call that does not have the experience.
6. Assist sales with POs and Auto Quotes.
7. Match Pink tickets. If there are no pink tickets check with Account Managers and Service Managers before printing a new pink ticket.
8. Work ticket box weekly to make sure tickets aren’t going past a week without being turned in. Flag tickets past a week for the service manager.
9. Maintain Tech Log.
