E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

Overview:

Do you exemplify these core values: Integrity, Ownership, Innovation, Quality, and Teamwork? We are looking for self-motivated, responsible, and reliable individuals to join our E-commerce Team. A qualified candidate would bring years of experience and understanding of the business e-commerce industry. This role is responsible for uploading and pricing new products into our e-commerce channels, as well as understanding the trends and strategizing KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a high level of understanding of the various e-commerce platforms to develop and implement best practices and procedures.
• Expert on e-commerce compliance and regulation standards for each channel.
• Identify and propose operational changes in response to compliance requirements set by each channel.
• Ensure each product in the available inventory is listed on all channels.
• Create and edit e-commerce listings across all channels.
• Understand internal margin targets, and implement pricing strategies to meet those targets.
• Monitor, analyze, on, and react to sales data and other key metrics.
• Analyze pricing trends to support internal pricing strategies.
• Continuously learn the channel rules and regulations to ensure Refreshed Tech remains in compliance.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree preferred, or a minimum of three years of related work experience, with an established record of strength in organizational skills, preferred
• Proficiency in the use of eCommerce-related technology, as well as Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of various e-commerce platforms from a seller standpoint
• Knowledge of consumer electronics products; specifically mobile phones, tablets, and laptops
• Demonstrated time-management skills, strong work ethic, and passion to achieve goals while working within established company standards

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
