Full Time – Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.00pm, Fridays 8.30 – 4.00pm

Refresco; the world’s leading independent soft drinks manufacturer seeks an agile, motivated HR Administrator to join our HR team within our Kegworth Manufacturing plant. About the Role

You are part of a close-knit team, reporting to the Site HR Business Partner and working closely with the Site HR Advisor. You will have a high level of autonomy, we don’t believe in micro-management at Refresco. You will work as a key part of our team in order for us to achieve our departmental and operational objectives, by providing a high quality HR administration service.

You are, or may have been, a HR Administrator, so you probably know what is involved, but to be transparent, here are some of your key tasks and responsibilities as a HR Administrator at Refresco:

Co-ordinate all administration tasks within the department including; new starters, employment changes, absence related documentation, performance reviews, appraisals, pay awards, long service awards and occupational health.

Maintain and utilise the HR system and internal trackers through timely and accurate input, producing reports to assist with KPI reporting.

Maintain up to date organisational charts by adding new starters, removing leavers and updating internal changes.

Monitor employee absence levels via the associated trigger points.

Support / note-take in investigation and disciplinary meetings when required.

Track and provide information to managers to ensure that probationary reviews take place in a timely manner.

About You

You will need some experience in a fast paced administration role, experience within HR would be an advantage, however a strong interest in HR is essential.

You have excellent attention to detail, with a positive and open approach. Confidentiality , professionalism and integrity is at the centre of how you operate. It is important that you are a self-starter; with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload day to day.
