We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional installation experience for our customers. You’ll be the main point of contact between our customers and our installation teams. Your primary goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction and maintain the highest quality standards for all our Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring projects.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop Strong Working Relationships: Cultivate strong working relationships with our installation crews and customers, fostering trust and clear communication. 
• Project Oversight: Oversee the progress of daily assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within specified timelines. 
• Interaction: Interact with installation crews that are on-site to resolve basic customer issues, address technical queries, and manage customer change order processing, if needed. 
• Payment Handling: Secure payments from customers for contracted work, update necessary paperwork, and facilitate additional payment processing in accordance with company policies. 
• Customer Support: Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after the installation process, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise. 
• Additional Tasks: Perform any other necessary functions or duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.

• Dealing with Ambiguity and Complexity: Adaptability and composure in dealing with complex situations and changing project dynamics. 
• Flooring or Home Improvement Experience (Beneficial): Previous experience in the flooring or home improvement industry is an advantage, but not required.
