Reflex Performance Resources is a global sourcing company that specialized in the manufacturing and sales of activewear and sportswear. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented candidates for the Account Manager position. 

Position Summary

Responsible for opening, managing, supporting, and expanding major account such as Target, Kohls, BJs, Costco, Walmart, Sams Club, Marmaxx Group, Ross, Burlington, Dillards, Nordstrom, Academy etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create a strong relationship with existing clients
• Establish business with new clients. 
• Hold a strong knowledge of product and be able to present compelling sales strategies to customers
• Put together and analyze selling reports for department stores to capitalize on opportunities and maintain profitability.
• Keep a close communication with buying teams to discuss all aspects of business pertaining to productivity, monthly purchase orders, business prospects, buying trends based on market needs, re-orders etc.
• Attend weekly office meeting to discuss profitability and for expansion efforts.
• Work with Design Team on product development and complete feedback after each market to ensure specific needs for each account are met.
• Conduct appointments with different stores to show and sell the line in showroom.
• Follow up with clients with copies/swatches and ensure orders are entered timely to promote on-time deliveries.
• Work with development team to forecast and project business for the future.
• Track all orders and work with production team to project when orders will deliver

Qualifications:

• BA or BS College Degree (preferably in Fashion Merchandising)
• 5-7 years of proven sales experience in Apparel (preferably in Activewear)
• Strong understanding of the department store business
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to communicate
• Outstanding computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and analysis.
