Refeyn’s unique technology is delivering a disruptive new generation of analytical instruments that weigh individual molecules with light. Less than 3 years after being spun out of two world-class research groups in Oxford University,Refeyn Ltd has already delivered Mass Photometers to over 80 customers. With a strong order book, Refeyn’s growth is continuing to accelerate – requiring increasingly higher shipment volumes worldwide and improved focus on incoming deliveries, especially from Europe.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to take responsibility for delivering full life-cycle recruitment – identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within Refeyn against the company hiring plan.
As the public face of the company during the recruiting process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for offering a positive candidate experience, from the initial application to the final on-boarding process.
Reporting to the Head of People, this role will also implement other Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects alongside their normal hiring duties, including employer branding, referral schemes and establishing best recruitment practices.

£40,000-£50,000, depending on experience
