Rees Technical Looking for Construction Site Manager at Nationwide Full Time

Construction Site Manager,

I am currently recruiting a Construction Site Manager, with some Project Management experience who has worked on Hygienic Construction Projects (Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Distillery, Brewary, Food, FMCG) for a large construction project abroad in latin America. 

The project will last 3-6 months and expenses will be paid and it will of course be outside of IR35. 

Key responsibilities. 

• Site Supervisor/coordinator for Civil / Structural and Architectural works on site
• Required to lead the planning, management and coordination of the on site works by collaborating with our on site CSA technical team and the contractors
• Act as a focal point for liaising with the clients site team
• Check challenge and drive the programme
• Check challenge and drive the construction activities. Stimulate and suggest alternate ways of construction to enhance the programme where appropriate
• Always be mindful of Health and Safety and ensure it is the priority for all activities.
• Report in meetings and by written documentation on progress, delays, issues, concerns etc

Ideally you will have experience in

• Experience of fast track projects
• Experience of Food and Beverages facility builds preferable
• Overseas experience preferable
• Available for immediate start
• Initial period is circa 3 months (up to xmas 22) but may be extended
• SMSTS
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management Qualification
• NEBOSH
