Reed Secure are working with large public sector organisation who are looking to recruit Data Analyst within Learning & Development
Learning & Development are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join dynamic team, Specialising in Learning Management System (LMS) data analysis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leveraging data to enhance Met Police Learning and Development initiatives. We are looking for someone with a passion for data-driven decision-making and have credible experience in working with multiple data sets in a large-scale organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Extract and process large volumes of data from the Learning Management System and other HR systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Analyse LMS and HR data to identify trends, patters, and insights related to learning and development.
• Develop, maintain and advice on the development of dashboards and s to visualise LMS and HR data for various stakeholders, enabling data-driven, data-led decision making.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements based on data findings.
• Utilise predictive modelling techniques to forecast learning outcomes and recommend proactive interventions where required.
• Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with relevant regulations, example: GDPR, Data-Protection and Management of Police Information.
• Work collaboratively with cross-function teams, including HR, Delivery Services, internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Degree is Data Science, Data Analytics or relating fields.
• Proven experience working within a large-scale public-sector organisation
• Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tools, such as Power BI
• Strong understanding of data modelling and statistical
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills
In addition to be considered, you will need to successfully complete CTC Enhanced clearance before commencing the role, which may take around 3-6 months from the application submission date.
VETTING REQUIREMENTS
All security clearances require you to provide evidence of your UK footprint where you have been physically present in the UK.
The requirement for CTC clearance is to have been present in the UK for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
Failure to meet the residency requirements will result in your security clearance application being rejected.
