Reed HR are working with a Charity based in North London to recruit a HR Advisor on a Permanent basis. Salary on offer is circa £38,000 – £40,000 per annum. This job will operate on a hybrid working model with days worked both in the office and from home each week.
The main purpose of this job will be to provide a proactive HR advisory service to line managers and employees alike. You will lead on employee relations casework, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, capability, and performance cases through to resolution.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
– Lead on Employee Relations Casework, some complex, including all investigations, disciplinaries, Grievances, and appeals.
– Coach and advise managers and business leaders on Employment Law and Policies as required
– Manage a high volume of Employee Relations Casework
– Provide sound advice and guidance to employees and managers alike on a variety of HR issues as required.
– Complete adhoc assignments as required
This is a professional and demanding HR Advisor role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have experience managing high volumes of Employee Relations casework. You will be required to travel to different sites on occasion for this role, so must have a clean full UK driving license and access to a car.
