Reed Business Support Hiring for Reception Administrator – Part Time at Uxbridge Full Time

Our client is seeking a Reception Administrator for an ongoing temporary assignment.

This is a part time role working Monday and Tuesday within the education sector.

Main Responsibility:

• To be jointly responsible for the Reception and provide administrative support to the Office Manager
• One of the first points of contact on all issues relating to the reception.
• Assist with the schools visitor management system (Inventry), keeping all records up to date and administering staff ID badges.
• Answer the telephone and take messages as required.
• Manage the Parent Pay system for school dinners, trips and sundries.
• Manage the minibus and transport arrangements for pupils.
• Maintain pupil’s dinner menu and registers, ensuring all payments are made via Parent Pay, chase for payments and pass concerns to Welfare.
• Deal with visitor parking.
• Keep the reception area displays, staff photo board and school noticeboards up to date.
• Assist with the distribution of Annual Reviews and s.
• Updating electronic and paper records of all pupil records (including SIMs).
• Responsible for the upkeep of the Staff Workrooms; keeping adequate stock levels and ing faults to the engineers as they arise.
• Liaise with other administrative staff on registration of staff and pupils for fire drills and evacuation of the school.

   

This role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
