Reed Business Support Hiring for Client Services Coordinator at Tewkesbury Business Park Full Time

A Client Services Coordinator is needed for my dynamic client in Tewkesbury. This is a full time and permanent role for someone who is detail-oriented, hardworking, and good with people, and who has experience in a fast paced business environment.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

Handling emails and phone calls as needed

Conducting surveys, creating plans, processing orders, generating picklists, and compiling fitter paperwork and documents

Determining project equipment requirements, such as fixings, kit, access, paperwork, H&S, etc. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to organise installs and plan projects (routing, updates, vans, warehouse picklists)

Producing internal and external s on installs (daily and weekly) Tracking, executing and approving invoicing.

Tracking, arranging, and overseeing installs, both in the present and in the future Ability to handle multiple accounts.

Collaborating with field managers to coordinate installs and resolve on site queries. Prioritising H&S and never compromising to finish an install.

The ideal candidate will have:

A keen eye for detail when creating orders, quotes, install guides and other project documents.

An understanding of cost implications and project deadlines

A vision to see the big picture and how different actions may affect each other

A high level of emotional intelligence to manage and develop relationships both internally and externally.

A willingness to learn the current processes and a desire to improve and develop new, more efficient ways of working.

An ability to manage, organise and prioritise workload.

An ability to communicate effectively and be comfortable with having difficult conversations when needed to achieve a successful outcome.
