Are you an experienced Recruitment Administrator looking to progress your career? If so, we at Reed Boardall have an exciting opportunity for you to undertake a busy and challenging role.

You will be a valued member of the HR Team supporting the HR Manager and HR Advisors in the Recruitment of Drivers, Warehouse Staff and Office Staff.

What will you do on a typical day:

· Recruitment and On-boarding processes. Managing the full recruitment life cycle for the full Reed Boardall Site including supporting Managers with job adverts and booking interviews

· Effective maintenance of files, records and other documentation

· Generating reports and data sets

· Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and represent the HR department in a friendly, professional manner

· Making posters on ‘Canva’ and distributing them throughout the business and externally to attract candidates

· Managing the RB Social Media pages from a recruitment angle

· Attending local job fairs and open days to promote our business

Who are we looking for:

• You will be a personable and confident individual
• Have a confident and friendly telephone manner
• Have experience of external or internal recruitment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft programs including word and excel
• Be organized and have the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload

Salary: Up to £23,500.00 per year
