People are at the heart of everything we do, so looking after our colleagues is really important to us. Our HR team take care of everyone here at Reed Boardall throughout their employee life cycle, join our team and you’ll prove yourself a multitasking, super-efficient ‘people person’ from day one.
You’ll be helping with applications, recruitment data, correspondence, interviews and more, in a fast-paced office where great communication is key. You will also be involved in a number of HR disciplines to support our colleagues through their time with us, including disciplinaries, absence management, employee engagement and wellbeing activities amongst others. With new recruits joining our business all the time, there are always plenty of fresh challenges to keep you on your toes.

What will you do on a typical day:
– Providing general advice & guidance with regards to HR processes and procedures and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and effectively;
– Recruitment & on-boarding processes
– Contracts & contractual changes
– Effective maintenance of files, records and other documentation
– Generating reports and data sets
– Organising business wide training & events
– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and represent the HR department in a friendly, professional manner
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has managed a variety of HR processes relating to recruitment, contracts of employment, staff development, absence and other generalist HR processes. As a diverse and challenging role, we need someone who is flexible, proactive and who can prioritise a busy and varied workload with good IT skills and the ability to able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
