Reed Accountancy Hiring for Vat at Kings Norton Full Time

REED Practice are currently working with a family run accountancy firm who are based in Birmingham. They are currently seeking a VAT Senior to join their friendly, approachable team. This firm are ideally looking for an AAT level 4 qualified individual with significant amount of experience in managing VAT, submitting VAT returns and dealing with HMRC and clients regarding VAT. 

Responsibilities & Duties for this role:

• Assisting with portfolio of clients, including delivery of VAT advice and preparation of VAT s 
• Technical research relating to VAT and supporting VAT team in client service delivery. 
• Prepare, review and supervise VAT returns and compliance matters to ensure accurate, prompt and efficient delivery. 
• Drafting of VAT articles and contributing to marketing initiatives.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings and internal meetings as required.

To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience in a similar role and be AAT qualified.
